Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing, accessing, or using the AnaChart Corporate Access data service (“Service”) at anachart.store, operated by VADJ Inc., doing business as AnaChart (“AnaChart,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By clicking “Start Free Trial,” submitting a subscription request, accessing the Service, or querying AnaChart data via Snowflake or Google BigQuery, you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent (“Customer,” “you”). If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
1. The Service
AnaChart Corporate Access provides institutional subscribers with access to a structured dataset of Wall Street analyst price targets, rating changes, and related metrics (“Dataset”) delivered warehouse-natively via Snowflake Secure Data Share or Google BigQuery. The Dataset covers US-listed equity securities, active and delisted, spanning historical records from 2004 to present.
AnaChart is a data provider only. Nothing in the Dataset or delivered through the Service constitutes investment advice, a solicitation to buy or sell any security, or a recommendation of any analyst or firm. Past analyst accuracy is not indicative of future performance.
2. Subscription Plans and Pricing
2.1 Available Tiers
| Tier | Coverage | Refresh | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | NASDAQ 100 (100 stocks) | Weekly | $1,000/month |
| Full Universe | All tracked US equities (~9,687 tickers) | Daily | $5,000/month |
| Custom Research | One-time query delivery | Per project | From $149 |
Pricing is subject to change with 30 days’ written notice to active subscribers.
2.2 Free Trial
A 7-day free trial is available for the Starter tier. No payment is charged during the trial period. Upon trial expiration, access continues only if the Customer activates a paid subscription.
2.3 Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. AnaChart uses third-party payment processors; Customer’s payment information is governed by those processors’ terms and is not stored by AnaChart.
2.4 Cancellation
Subscriptions are month-to-month. Customer may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice to [email protected]. No termination fees apply. Access continues through the end of the paid billing period.
3. Data Delivery
3.1 Snowflake
For Snowflake delivery, the Dataset is made available via Snowflake Secure Data Share. Customer must have an active Snowflake account and accept any applicable Snowflake Marketplace terms. AnaChart’s data share is read-only; Customer queries the data directly within their own Snowflake environment.
3.2 Google BigQuery
For BigQuery delivery, the Dataset is made available via the Google Cloud Marketplace. Customer must have an active Google Cloud account and accept applicable Google Cloud and BigQuery terms.
3.3 Refresh Schedule
The Starter tier refreshes weekly. The Full Universe tier refreshes daily on business days. Refresh timing is best-effort; AnaChart does not guarantee delivery by a specific time of day.
4. Permitted Use and Restrictions
4.1 Permitted Use
Customer may use the Dataset for internal business purposes including: investment research, quantitative analysis, model development, corporate investor relations, client reporting, and academic research.
4.2 Restrictions
Customer may not, without AnaChart’s prior written consent:
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially share the Dataset or any substantial portion thereof with any third party
- Publish or publicly post raw Dataset records (aggregated insights and derivative analyses are permitted)
- Use the Dataset to build a competing data product or service
- Reverse-engineer AnaChart’s scoring methodology, parser, or data pipeline
- Represent the Dataset as the Customer’s own proprietary data
- Use the Dataset in connection with any unlawful activity
4.3 Derivative Works
Customer may create analyses, models, reports, and visualizations derived from the Dataset (“Derivative Works”) and may share, publish, or commercialize those Derivative Works. Derivative Works that do not reproduce substantial raw Dataset records are not restricted under Section 4.2.
5. Data Sourcing and Accuracy
5.1 Source
The Dataset is compiled from publicly available sources including broker-dealer research disclosures, financial wire services, and financial news media. AnaChart employs a mosaic methodology, aggregating information published and distributed by originating firms prior to indexing by AnaChart.
AnaChart does not reproduce proprietary research reports, access material non-public information (MNPI), or repackage licensed data feeds without authorization.
5.2 Accuracy
AnaChart employs Six Sigma parser precision standards and makes reasonable efforts to ensure Dataset accuracy. However, AnaChart does not warrant that the Dataset is complete, accurate, or free from errors. Analyst records may contain parsing errors, delayed updates, or missing data points. Customer is responsible for independently verifying material information before relying on it for investment or business decisions.
5.3 Historical Data
The Dataset includes records for delisted, acquired, and bankrupt tickers. Historical data is preserved as originally recorded and is not retroactively corrected for corporate events unless a correction is identified.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 AnaChart IP
The Dataset, AnaChart’s scoring methodology, hit ratio calculations, parser technology, and all associated intellectual property are and remain the exclusive property of AnaChart and VADJ Inc. These Terms grant Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Dataset for permitted purposes during the subscription term.
6.2 Customer IP
Customer retains all rights to Derivative Works and analyses created using the Dataset.
6.3 Feedback
If Customer provides feedback or suggestions about the Service, AnaChart may use such feedback without restriction or compensation.
7. Confidentiality
Neither party will disclose the other party’s confidential business information to third parties without prior written consent. This section does not restrict either party from disclosing information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
Customer acknowledges that AnaChart’s parser methodology, data pipeline architecture, and internal pricing structures are confidential information of AnaChart.

ANACHART SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
10. Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AnaChart, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any third-party claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) Customer’s use of the Dataset in violation of these Terms; (b) Customer’s Derivative Works; or (c) Customer’s violation of applicable law.

12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York. Customer consents to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
13. General
13.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
13.2 Modifications
AnaChart may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email with 30 days’ notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
13.3 Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
13.4 Severability
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
